Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us at: customerservice@marketshopstops.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

We can only accept returns on new and unopened product or defective products. 

Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.
Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. 

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
This item cannot be returned if it was already opened.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. 

All items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Please contact us for a RMA number before returning the item. Items may be returned only with prior authorization. 

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. 

If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 

Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. 

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. 

Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product. 

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RMA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. 

Refunds:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping:

Orders processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. 

Orders are normally shipped and received within 5 to 10 business days. A tracking code is normally provided within 3 to 4 business days. 

Please note that international shipments including shipments to Canada, may or may not be subject to custom and or duty fees. These fees will be collected upon delivery and are not covered by our organization. 

Due to limitations from some suppliers some products we cannot ship to: Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. 

SPECIAL NOTES: 

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Orders set for delivery outside the continental U.S. are subject to supplier shipping limitations and in some cases cannot be shipped due to said limitations. In such cases affected orders will be refunded. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
